My stay at Cranbrook House Apartments was quite disappointing. While the location was definitely central and convenient for exploring Nottingham, the overall experience was marred by a series of issues. The initial apartment I received was filthy, and when I complained, I was moved to a smaller unit that also had problems, including a malfunctioning shower. I expected better care and consideration from the management, given the circumstances.
